Diaz said the province will also enterinto a memorandum of agreement with the Negros Occidental Tennis Associationfor the maintenance of the shell courts. “It’s going to be a complete rehab,which will start with the sports facilities, including the track oval. We hopethat by 2021, we can be ready for the regional meet and the Palarong Pambansa,”he explained. The Provincial Engineering Office andthe Sports Development Office, according to Diaz, have submitted a plan for therehabilitation of the stadium. “We have already cleared out allillegal structures inside the premises,” he noted.
